From the initial application process to finding the perfect mentor, we strive to provide a supportive and enriching environment that empowers our scholars to achieve their research goals.

Stage 1: Filling out the Application

We open applications for our research program each year, with a specific deadline for each cohort. We encourage aspiring scholars to apply early and to ensure that they have all the necessary information and documentation ready before the deadline.  Our team of experts reviews each application thoroughly to determine the best candidates for the next stage.

Stage 2: Interview Round:

This round is conducted for the shortlisted applicants who make it to the next stage after the initial application process. During this round, applicants have the opportunity to elaborate on their research interests and ideas and answer any questions from our staff members. We believe that this round helps us to gain a better understanding of the applicant's research goals and helps us to find the right mentor for them.

Stage 3: Meet Your Mentor:

This stage involves matching each applicant with a suitable mentor based on their research interests, aims, and goals. Our team carefully considers each applicant's proposal and works diligently to match them with a mentor who is well-versed in their field of study. The mentor will work closely with the scholar to help them develop their research skills and guide them through the research process.

Stage 4: Starting your Research!

Once the mentor has been assigned, the scholar is given the green light to start their research journey. The mentor and scholar work collaboratively to develop a research plan, set timelines and milestones, and determine the scope and objectives of the research project. Scholars have access to various resources and support services throughout the research journey, including guidance from the mentor, access to research databases, and support from our team members.
